Simply put, life is hard. We are often dealt an undesirable hand or have unfortunate curve balls thrown at us, making aspects of life confusing and overwhelming. My goal is to walk beside each client as they learn how to navigate the tougher experiences, setbacks, and uncertainties. Each client I see is treated as unique and treatment is centered around their own personal experiences, preferences, and personal goals. My approach is extremely client-centered and collaborative, where clients have the opportunity to take control of their life and have a say in their treatment.I work with children, teenagers, and adults with various mental health concerns and diagnoses. My style is a mix of various interventions and is tailored to each individual client. I pull from theoretical approaches like Strengths Focused, Solution Focused, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness therapy. I am also trained in trauma- focused therapies like PS-R and EMDR.It can be hard to take the first step. There are many scary uncertainties and unknowns in life, but I would love to help you explore and dig deeper into these concerns, while you grow into the best version of yourself. My office serves as a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where clients can unload, be vulnerable, and work towards their desired goals.
