Change can be really tough. I work with clients to co-create a safe space while navigating life's many transitions. Culturally sensitive care is at the forefront of my work, and I enjoy connecting with communities of color, first-generation college students and hold space for the intersection of various identities. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up unapologetically! You don't have to heal in isolation!I value the connection between creativity, culture, and healing. I enjoy helping clients increase emotional expression and self-discovery while identifying patterns showing up in their life.
