At times life can feel chaotic, overwhelming, and confusing. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and an Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern, my focus is to provide a safe environment for all my clients to feel seen and heard while they process their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to meet each client where they are at and provide support and compassion as they work towards accomplishing their goals of therapy. If therapy is new to you or a familiar place, welcome to this journey of creating a space for you to grow and heal.I began my journey working within the recovery community and have expanded my work in other areas such as working with codependency, self-esteem, life transition, anxiety, and more.I have five years of experience in a variety of settings such as inpatient, outpatient, and through community-based support. I have facilitated individual and group counseling sessions as well as to large psychoeducational groups.
