Therapy can be a journey of self discovery, healing, building relationships, and so much more. I am here to support you on whatever journey you are on.During sessions I create a safe space where you can feel supported and be able to be yourself. I believe that we all have strengths within us that can be used to help find balance in our lives. I will help you find coping skills that work for you and encourage new forms of self care. At the start of my career I earned a Bachelors degree in child development and family life education, and a Masters degree in Social Work with a concentration in mental health.Throughout my career I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults in different settings. I have experience in eating disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and substance use disorders.Some therapeutic approaches I have used in practice include, play therapy, art therapy, solution focused, strength based, trauma focused, person centered, and more. I look forward to working with you and helping you meet your therapeutic goals.
