I am accepting new clients! I support teens and adults enduring challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, and building a sense of self-empowerment. My method of practice is centered around developing a positive therapeutic relationship by establishing a foundation of trust, compassion, and empathy.I believe there is not one method of support which fits all clients, as everyone’s life experiences and perspectives are different. My aim is to guide my clients in learning tools and skills that can aid them in navigating difficult emotions and challenges while also building their sense of confidence and abilities to actively succeed in life.I am trained in therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Motivational interviewing, and many more strengths-based practices.
