I work with people who are struggling with self esteem issues, communicating in relationships, social anxiety, depression, anxiety, and mood instability. I offer my clients a safe and confidential atmosphere to comfortably express their feelings and speak freely. The therapeutic relationship is a healing one, a place where the client can be open and honest and receive unconditional support from the therapist.As a therapist, I use a blend of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and life coaching. Clients improve their relationships, gain better self esteem, and have greater control over their lives. I believe that we are all capable of change, but often we need a therapist or coach to help us.Cognitive behavioral therapy works on identifying unhelpful automatic negative thoughts, and reframing them to more accurate/realistic ways of thinking. Mindfulness helps one to become more tuned into the present moment. Life coaching looks at goal setting to help them get to where they want to go.
