Isabella specializes in treating individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with disordered eating, trauma, anxiety and mood disorders. Isabella earned her BA in Psychology from CSU Long Beach and her Masters in Social Work from CSU Fullerton, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Isabella has experience in providing intensive outpatient therapy to children, teens and adults. Her style is client-centered, affirming, approachable, and strategy-focused.Isabella is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), family-based therapy (FBT), emotion-focused family therapy (EFFT), and is a Gottman Level 2 trained clinician. Isabella works closely with Dr. O’Connor to ensure that treatment interventions are fine-tuned to fit the unique needs of each client/family that she works with.Isabella is passionate about helping clients to develop a sense of peace and confidence within themselves that will allow them to pursue their valued directions in life.
