I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I can provide therapy in English and Urdu.I incorporate different theoretical approaches in therapy based on the needs of my clients, but mostly use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. I also believe that faith and spirituality can be avenues of hope and healing and I am open to incorporating those in sessions upon client's request.
