I enjoy helping client’s make sense of what’s going on, so we can compassionately resolve the identified problems and achieve their goals.I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety- whether it’s due to sexual abuse, relationship struggles, or challenges from your upbringing. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which has been found to effectively treat PTSD and a variety of other challenges.
