I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, couples, families, parent/child relationships, coping with illness, relationship challenges, and pre and postpartum difficulties. I also see children, teens, and adults individually.We will work together to help you find your best self, develop your strengths, set boundaries, and meet your challenges, in a welcoming environment with a warm, engaging, empathic approach. I have helped children, families, individuals, and couples to move through challenges, strengthen self-confidence, cope with trauma, and improve relationships.I bring a depth of counseling knowledge and offer caring, effective treatment for teens, individuals, and couples, to address trauma, illness, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
