My goal is to come up with techniques and tools that will encourage your strengths & help to understand areas of growth, their purpose, and the meaning of various experiences. Through this practice, we will create space for healing.I am passionate about learning and developing new approaches to overall wellness and continue to look for alternative ways to best serve others and myself. I am currently continuing my education as a doctoral student of naturopathic medicine. In my free time, I enjoy camping, hiking, surfing, yoga, and playing with my dog.
