I started my practice in order to give everyone the opportunity to receive therapy, regardless of their barriers (including financial). Empathy, active listening, and genuine connections are what I base this practice on as it is essential to help others reach their maximum potential.I have worked with a variety of clients from the ages of 2- 60. However, I feel I work best with clients between the ages of 13 and 40. I work with both the male and female population and have begun to work with the LGBTQ population. I do not believe I that I specialize in any one particular population or group of people but I'm always willing to learn.Like stated before I don't specialize in any particular group or population but I don't let that stop me from working with anyone. I will do my due diligence and research a topic if I am not familiar with it. I try and do therapy the way my client likes it including worksheets, talk therapy, metaphors, walk therapy, I try to accommodate.
