Hi, My name is Abbe Cotter and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I have many years working with clients suffering with anxiety, depression, and various types of trauma. I help clients understand their behaviors and teach them ways to change and develop with time.My goal in therapy is to help you to gain perspective and insight to help you achieve your wellness goals. I am passionate about my clients overcoming issues that seem helpless and overwhelming in the moment, and guiding them to a more calming space in their lives.I believe that creating an open and professional space for my clients to talk is the best thing I can do for them during the trials that face their life.
