I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals and needs. My greatest interest and passion is in working with trauma, couples/families, and with grief. I also provide general counseling and, if a client prefers, Christian counseling. Most especially I work with people who struggle to have safety to express their most vulnerable feelings. There are three things I help each client learn to improve the quality of their life and relationships: healthy and assertive communication skills, healthy boundaries, and knowledge about grief and how to identify the need to grieve.I provide a safe place to fully express any thoughts or feelings. Also, I help guide people through understanding such feelings and their history. Together I partner with clients to build skills to cope with and change such emotional struggle.If you're not okay, there's nothing weak or wrong about that.
