Everyone has a story to tell. Some stories are funny and happy, but others may be more difficult to share. Sometimes events in our lives leave us in pieces and we don’t know what to do or who we can trust with our stories. Sometimes we just need a little help to sort out how we are feeling and process through our past experiences. Sometimes we're just burnt out and exhausted from the demands of our jobs, family situations, or life in general. And, sometimes, we just need someone to vent to and talk to about what it is we are dealing with.I believe in holistic health and that it is important to nurture the mind, body, and spirit while pursuing a journey to healing.
