Description

Realizing our own needs for acceptance and validation can be hard, especially when we have not been taught to ask for them ourselves. If you feel like you are bursting at the seams with new ideas but don't know where to start or are feeling pressured by new life transitions or impending crises, therapy may be a helpful place to lay your cards on the table and decide the next step.I find I work best with clients who have been told they are too much, or who have spent their entire lives feeling like the worlds biggest outcast. I work from a relational, attachment-based perspective, helping clients create change through the recognition and dismantling of behavioral patterns that may be holding them back from living authentically.Feeling outcast due to intersecting identities is something I experience in my own life, so working with folks who feel the same way is something I treat with tenderness and respect. I hope that through our therapeutic work you will be able to feel motivated and inspired to create and maintain change in your own life.
