I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, parenting issues, developmental trauma, and/or relationship issues. I have experience not only working with individuals but also families as they navigate a wide variety of issues.Therapy is an opportunity to define what the problems are and how we can approach them in a conscientious, and healthier way. It's an opportunity to uncover our authentic selves, to own our strengths and accept our weaknesses and ultimately live our lives in a happier and more fulfilled manner.My work is informed by both my professional and life experiences.
