Sometimes client struggles with feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Whether they are struggling with internal or external pressures, it is hard to feel like there is any progress made when one is unable to identify their triggers and appropriate coping skills.I utilize a strength-based and person-centered approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. I used approaches from CBT, Personal Centered, Motivational Interviewing techniques, DBT techniques, Mindfulness, and Gottman Method models depending on your individual needs.Some of the interventions that I utilize include; CBT, Personal Centered, Motivational Interviewing techniques, DBT techniques, Mindfulness, Gottman Method, and many more depending on your needs individually, as a couple, or as a family.
