Through building a therapeutic relationship, any number of topics or issues may be explored. I have experience working with trauma, which may have occurred in the distant past or may have been recently experienced, exploring sexuality and gender identity, and managing depression and anxiety.I believe a common outcome of psychotherapy is building a life we can feel grateful to live.
