Mr Shafic Al-Nammari is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in foot and ankle surgery. He completed his undergraduate medical training in Edinburgh with further post-graduate studies in Oxford. His surgical training was mainly in London on the Royal London Rotation, where he rotated thru several large teaching hospitals. He received several awards and went on to complete advanced fellowship training in foot and ankle at centres of excellence in the UK, Europe and finally the USA. Mr Al-Nammari has an interest in research, and he has published over 40 papers in peer-reviewed journals, as well as several book chapters. He trains medical students from Cambridge University and Orthopaedic Surgeons in training from across the east of England.
