Mr Walcak: I pride myself that I and my team are always able to provide a rapid and efficient response to any concern or complication. I feel most strongly that as a Surgeon my responsibility to the patients under my care extends to any problems experienced following discharge, and I feel that I and my team, rather than your General Practitioner, should be on hand to deal with any concerns. https://youtu.be/W4-sv9VYync
