Mr Unadkat is an ENT consultant who specialises in rhinoplasty, nasal polyps, sinus surgery, and snoring surgery. He sees private patients at The Cleveland Clinic, Spire Bushey Hospital, the London Nose & Sinus Clinic, and 9 Harley Street in London. He is the founder and director of My Nose London. He also sees patients on the NHS at the Royal National ENT and University College Hospital in London, the UKs national centre for complex sinonasal and facial plastic disorders. Mr Unadkat undertook his basic and advanced surgical training at The Royal National ENT Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, St Bartholomews Hospital, and The Royal London Hospitals. He trained in all areas of ENT and head and neck surgery, winning multiple undergraduate and postgraduate awards, before gaining the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of England Advanced Rhinology & Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship at Charing Cross & The Royal Brompton Hospital. Mr Unadkat has made significant contributions to all fields of ENT surgery and has authored a number of book chapters on rhinoplasty surgery. He has also gained funding to research the connection between functional nasal surgery and snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. He is also involved in the training of new surgeons and speaks regularly at conferences all around the world. He is a member of the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and was the first president of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) Junior Members Board. He co-directs both the UCL FRCS course in Otolaryngology and the UCL/Royal National Rhinoplasty Course - the oldest rhinoplasty course in the UK.
