Hello, my name is Nayeli Ordonez and I’m a Latinx bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My practice consists of individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, trauma, navigating life transitions as well as Latinx challenges balancing culture and families. As a new mom, I am also passionate about helping expecting and new mamas navigate postpartum and its challenges. My communication style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. My goal is to guide you through developing goals that are realistic and attainable for you.My desire to help others overcome their struggles and past traumas to then be able to live their true authentic life led me to becoming a therapist. Goal setting is an important aspect of therapy as this will help guide the focus of your treatment, when taking a look at your current life/behaviors what would you like to see more of or less of?During our first session, we will discuss presenting issues, symptoms, and concerns as well as personal history, including family background, medical history, past therapy experiences, and any relevant life events that can provide valuable insights into your current situation and inform treatment decisions.
