I am a Palm Beach County, Florida native, mother, and counselor with a true passion for helping others and giving back to my community. I have always been passionate about overcoming the stigma surrounding mental health in our communities, healing from ACES, and resolving generational traumas. With every client, I strive to empower, educate, and uplift them through their therapeutic journey.I am educated, trained, and knowledgeable in various therapies and modalities of therapy.I also possess an extensive professional background in service-orientated careers and counseling has always been a natural calling as I continue to chart a path to helping others.
