Like cultivating a beautiful garden, although the work can be difficult and sometimes messy, the results are beautiful and miraculous. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the foundation of Positive and Self Psychology we will take a closer look at your beliefs, behaviors, and experiences with the goal of increasing health and getting rid of what is no longer serving you.As we learn new skills (coping, healing, self care), how to apply those new skills, and practice new skills, you will begin to manifest the experiences that bring joy into your life. Behavioral health and mental wellness are rooted in how we are developing within the context of our relationships.Every interaction we have, whether within our thoughts and feelings or with another person, is a chance to live up to our best Self or to recede into more familiar, dysfunctional behaviors.
