Laila graduated from the University of Sharjah, UAE, in 2021 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Prior to joining Mediclinic she worked both in the private and public sectors in Dubai, where she gained experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as chronic pain and elderly care. She has also completed further professional development courses in kinesiology taping, dry needling, personal training and upper limb sports rehabilitation.
