I have 23 years' experience in Adult Social Care. I specialise in work with Older People, Dementia and Adults with Physical Disabilities. I am a qualified Best Interest Assessor. Experience in Community Teams, Sensory Needs services, acute Hospital settings and am passionate about ensuring hospital discharges are done in a timely and safe way. I am passionate about supporting people who don't want to wait for Social Services or when people who fund their own care find themselves left to their own devices. The stresses are the same whether you fund your own care or not and I endeavour to guide people through the process and take some of those stresses away.
