I'm an integrative counsellor, working with issues such as depression, anxiety, work problems, self worth issues, low confidence, low self-esteem, relationship problems, conflict resolution and communication, ADHD, autism, gender issues, family issues, communicating better and boundaries, addictions, alcoholism, perfectionism, self critical, shame and negative thinking.  I am able to support clients with a range of issues. You may have separated from a partner, fear a relationship breaking down, not fitting in with colleagues, or experiencing anger issues. Perhaps you feel like you are not coping, have a fear of social activities or suicidal thoughts. Maybe you are wanting the way things are to end, worried about self harm, or sometimes you just feel like you want to just disappear.  Counselling saved my life and this drives my passion for helping others to form new habits, feel heard and not judged. I start with an assessment appointment where we talk about what is happening for you and how I can help.  I provide a safe and confidential therapeutic space for us to explore the difficulties that you are facing. I am an integrative counsellor which means I can use a range of modalities including person centred, psychodynamic, CBT and Gestalt which are tailored to you as an individual.
