I employ a range of modalities including positive psychology, solution focused, person-centered, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapies. I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs. I believe that everyone is capable of growth and healing. I am here to support and empower you, and hold a safe space. The therapeutic relationship is an important part of the therapeutic process. Whether I'm right for you or not, I'm happy to communicate more about my style or refer you to someone who better fits your needs.I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy, health and wellness. I am client centered, and solution-focused. In the first session, we will discuss your history, your current issues and your goals for therapy.
