Joseph Windley is a dedicated and experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. He qualified from Imperial College School of Medicine and completed his basic surgical training in Guildford before undertaking his specialist Orthopaedic training on the London North West Thames Rotation. This included placements at the major trauma centre at St Marys Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, West Middlesex University Hospital, Croydon University Hospital and Kingston Hospital.Mr Windley finished his arthroplasty fellowship at the renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, subsequent to which he was appointed as a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon at Kingston Hospital, where he has worked since 2014. He currently leads the Hip Fracture Governance at the hospital and is a key member of the trauma team. As part of the trauma team, he is also the hip fracture governance lead. Mr. Windley is an enthusiastic about education within his industry and specialty and enjoy teaching hip and plastering courses at Kingston Hospital.
