I have been a qualified social worker since 2006 and have worked in a variety of social work settings with children, young people and their families. These include a Safeguarding Team, Youth Services Specialist Team the Sexual Behaviour Service and Looked After Child and Permanence Team. I am a specialist social worker providing training, consultation and assessments for independent childrens homes, specialist education establishments & their clinical teams and local authorities regarding Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB) with children & young people. I develop bespoke programmes of intervention as a result of the assessment process and practice supervise and support staff teams manage HSB.
