Mr Henry Budd is a Consultant Spinal Surgeon at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust where he is the Clinical Lead for Spinal Surgery. He consults in Exeter, Torquay and Truro. He qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2004 with overall Honours and undertook Higher Surgical Training on the Cambridge Orthopaedic Program completing the FRCS in 2013. His Fellowships were completed at The Ipswich Hospital Spinal Unit, the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital and the Schoen Klinik in Munich with travelling fellowships to the Hospital for Special Surgery, New York and University of California, San Francisco. Mr Budd was a Consultant Spinal Surgeon from 2015-2018 at The Ipswich Hospital Spinal Unit while also establishing a new spinal service in mid-Essex. His primary interest is degenerative spinal pathology affecting the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. He works hard to ensure that his patients are well informed of the treatment options available and submits all outcomes data to the British Spinal Registry. Mr Budd is also a medicolegal expert with appointments available at 110 Harley Street, London by arrangement.
