I endeavour to provide my clients with a safe, warm and accepting environment so that we can explore sensitive and hard to talk about issues when they feel alone. Everybody has a unique experience and therefore their own unique mental health challenges, I aim to meet each person where they are and facilitate a personal approach. I have worked with a variety of clients from all different ethnicities, backgrounds and ages who have come to therapy because they are lost and struggling with life. I work with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Low self-esteem, Low self-confidence, Family issues, Cultural Issues, Trauma, Stress, Feeling of sadness and loneliness, Addiction, Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Anger management, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Alcoholism and Abuse.  I am a BACP Registered integrative counsellor who works with a multitude of theories and modalities: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Person Centred, Attachment Theory and Mindfulness. This method of therapy allows me to offer an individualised and tailored approach to your needs as a client.
