I use a trauma informed approach when approaching issues of domestic violence, grief, family conflict, life transitions, sexual assault, abuse, and more.I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and the trans population using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
