He has worked in multiple clinical settings including emergency room, urgent care, primary care, industrial medicine, and mini health clinic. His knowledge and experience has been invaluable to his patients and our community. Dr. Eric Efuetngu's philosophy is, "Just listen to the patients, they will often give you the answer you seek" Dr. Eric Efuetngu, DNP, FNP-C is a board certified Nurse Practitioner and a founding partner at Diligence Care Plus. He is one of several providers at Diligence Care Plus, dedicated to providing evidence-based healthcare with diligence and compassion. Dr. Efuetngu earned both his Masters of Nursing and Doctor of Nursing degrees at the prestigious Frontier Nursing University, Kentucky, in 2013 and 2020 respectively. He is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of California, and he is certified with AANPCP as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Efuetngu has a vast and diverse experience as a healthcare professional. He started his healthcare career in 2004 as a certified nurse assistant, working in long-term and rehabilitation care facilities. As a registered nurse, he has worked in acute care facilities: working in DOU, ICU units. As an RN, he has also worked in nursing homes, inpatient acute and long term care psychiatric facilities.show more
