Hannah Lyons MSN, FNP is a primary care nurse practitioner. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree at Florida State University and her Masters degree at Ohio State University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an emergency and trauma nurse. She enjoys the longevity of relationships in the primary care space and is looking forward to establishing care with you.
