Please call your Health Plan and validate before scheduling. ** Stephanie Smith, MSN, FNP-BC, graduated from San Francisco State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She worked as a nurse in the ICU, as well as, Nurse Case Management and dermatology for ten years. Stephanie then graduated from Walden University with an MSN-FNP degree. She worked at another Federally Qualified Health Center before joining the UCHC team in August 2021. She is passionate about using preventive and holistic medicine to provide quality care and help reduce health disparities within the community. In her free time, she loves traveling, hiking, reading, and yoga.
