Finding the right therapist is not an easy task, especially when you are in a vulnerable spot in your life. You might have some hesitations about opening up to a person you don't know. Take the time to explore different options and make sure that you land with a person that feels safe for you. Because when there is safety- there is healing. My hope for my clients is that they feel seen, heard, and understood, so they can start making sense of what's not working for them, and work with me on how they want their life to look like. It's never easy! but it's very rewarding.I have advanced training in EFT and specialize in helping couples work through their negative cycle. I'm also trained in EMDR and incorporate attachment-based and family systems frameworks when working with trauma.
