Mr Declan Costello is a Consultant ENT Surgeon, specialising in voice disorders. He is the Secretary of the British Laryngological Association and has previously sat on the Council of the British Voice Association.Prior to becoming a doctor, Mr Costello undertook a music degree at St Johns College, Cambridge.
