Mr David Selvadurai is an ear, nose and throat surgeon based at the following locations: The Lister Hospital Cromwell Hospital Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital Sydney Street Outpatients and Diagnostics Centre His practice includes all ear-related disorders, auditory implantation, and general ENT, as well as paediatric clinics and emergency ENT conditions. He is able to treat a wide range of conditions, including: Positional Vertigo Deafness Hearing loss Tonsillitis Ear Infections Tinnitus Balance disorders Menieres disease BPPV Vertigo Dizziness Cholesteatoma Mr Selvadurai received his medical training at St Bartholomews Hospital Medical College in London, where he graduated with a Distinction in Surgery in 1992. He then became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Clinical Surgery in General) before specialising in ENT. In 1997, he was elected as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology, and in 2002, he passed the final (intercollegiate) test in otolaryngology. He went on to pursue a research degree and received a Doctorate in Medicine from Leicester University. He also gained the competitive Graham Fraser Fellowship in 2004 to support his training in cochlear implantation, Ménières illness, and advanced otology under Professor WPR Gibson in Sydney. During his training, he also visited The Boston Childrens Hospital as an observer and research fellow, and is one of the few UK ENT surgeons who has become a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In 2004, Mr Selvadurai was appointed Consultant ENT Surgeon at St Georges Hospital in London and implemented the Cochlear Implant Programme at St Georges in 2006.
