I have been a Consultant Gynaecologist since 2000. I am the lead Consultant Gynaecologist for minimal access surgery at the Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust (keyhole surgery). I have developed several new services since my appointment (outpatient hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, hysteroscopic sterilisation (Essure), laparoscopic surgery for hysterectomy, endometriosis, adhesions and ovarian cysts). I am the lead surgeon for the Mid Yorkshire NHS endometriosis centre, the only such centre in West Yorkshire.
