We are an ever growing practice of marriage and family therapists and mental health clinicians (and golden retrievers) that work a hybrid model of in the office and virtually. By accepting most insurance we hope to make counseling as accessible as possible for those in need. We work most populations of people in groups, couples or individual therapy. You will be able to find someone in our group that can help with just about any issue! The basics of anxiety, depression, and stress are covered but we also handle coparenting, divorce, infidelity, sexual issues, communication, reconnecting, ADHD, trauma, grief, addiction, and step families. If you are looking for a specific modality we are always learning knew things so it is difficult to add everything. Some of us are great at cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), collaborative therapy, narrative therapy and solution focused therapy. Most of us pull from a number of modalities to meet a clients needs. It could mean Gottman, Imago, Acceptance and Commitment and the above to name a few. When in doubt ask us!
