Welcome to Calm Mind Hub. I have worked in mental health for 20 years and offer mindfulness within the workplace and emotional resilience skills to increase coping skills. We offer a bespoke service depending on what is required and we also provide online retreats. I am also a qualified Dialectical Behaviour Therapist (DBT) and work mainly with people that self harm and experience suicidal ideation and can offer group skills alongside 1:1 intervention.
