After spending several decades travelling the world, building a successful career in architecture and design and publishing articles on the subject came the drastic change: Inspired by the teachings and vision of Dr. Daniel David (my better half), who advocated for a change in the delivery of patient care, I became involved in making this vision a reality. In 1988 I co-founded and managed Cardiomedix, a nurse call center for remote monitoring of cardiac patients. The company was one of the very first of its kind. The concept was not yet acceptable by the medical community and it took almost 10 years until it became very popular.
