Virginia Azzariti, known by all as Ginny, is a certified nurse practitioner with 43 years’ experience working with children and adolescents. She graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a B. A. in Biology and from Columbia University, Presbyterian Hospital of Nursing with a B.S. in nursing. In 1997 Ginny received an M.S. and a nurse practitioner degree from Columbia University School of Nursing. Prior to Pedimedica Ginny worked at NYU Medical Center and Holy Name hospital. She has been employed by Pedimedica since 1978 and currently is both a triage nurse and nurse practitioner. Her scope of practice includes well and sick exams in addition to diagnosing, treating and counseling children, adolescents and their families. Ginny has always been indispensable to the doctors in the practice and the families they serve. Ginny resides in Englewood with her husband Louis. She has two children and four grandchildren.
