Together we can focus on whatever you feel the need to work on in your life, which can enable you to gain better insight and understanding of your experiences. I'm an AXA recognised/ registered therapist and able to take on referrals through them.I have a BSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and further training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Play Therapy (for children and young people). I also have training in Couples and Family Therapy.
