Motivation works-shops have been extremely useful for companies who wanted to bring a positive environment and a better focus to all their workforce. sessions are run with a mixture of integrative style counselling and the use of other modalities such as CBT, Hypnosis, and other mindfulness practices. Hypnosis can be an invaluable aid to support clients and can reduce the length of therapy. Sessions can be a mixture of modalities or just consist of only one method.In therapy hypnosis usually involves the person experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with attention narrowed down and focused on appropriate suggestions worked out before by the client and then made by the therapist during the session. This will create a shift in the outlook and consequently in the behaviour of the patient towards their goal.
