All of my Orthopaedic training was in the Yorkshire region gaining experience and valuable training by working with leading experts in the field. My experience as a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon for 22 years with a special interest in Upper Limb and Shoulder surgery has been quite rewarding. I have continued my Clinical practice at the BMI Highfield Hospital maintain my Full registration actively participating in the revalidation process. I continue to deal with complex upper limb problems including clinical assessment, conservative and surgical treatment. My expertise in Upper limb open and Arthroscopic surgeries and managing complex problems following secondary referrals from other Consultant colleagues has given me the confidence and background knowledge to provide a high level of Safe service in line with the Good Medical and Surgical practice guidance by the GMC. I have been providing Medico-legal reports from 1999 with a claimant defendant ratio of 70:30. Have provided joint reports with several experts avoiding court proceedings and have attended in person for a few cases.
