Tomikka Lee has a B.S. Degree in Criminology and a Master's Degree in Social Work Education from California State University, Fresno, as well as many hours of clinical and continuing education. She has been in the social work field since 2000 and became a Licensed Clinical social worker in 2014. She is certified in working with Transitioning Disabled Youth to Adulthood. Some honored accomplishments are being a God Loving woman, wife, mother, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker and servicing individuals of diverse populations. She is using CBT in clients with depression, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation & personality disorders.In clinical practice, she delivers cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focus Therapy, and other evidence-based treatments to adults and adolescent clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems.She is passionate about helping clients address a wide variety of issues related to experiences in the home, community, and family environment, as well as work and career. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques, she assists clients with developing treatment plans and coping mechanisms that are realistic in achieving obtainable goals.
