My approach is collaborative and experiential, and makes use of your already-existing strengths.In working with anxiety and trauma, I use a somatic approach that will help you pay attention to internal cues and responses, and together we will work to develop tools to enable your nervous system come out of overwhelm and feel more at ease. I am trained in EMDR, and use this approach frequently to help clients dealing with the aftereffects of trauma.
